The stylish Cutter range set out to challenge the nostalgic and romantic design that had typified wooden garden furniture for many years. As previously mentioned, Cutter was originally intended for the garden, but the beautiful simplicity of the range has shown itself to be ideal for hallways, bathrooms and kitchens. Niels Hvass is one of the pioneers of the revival of Danish furniture design that took place in the 1990s. He is one of the most talked about, award-winning Danish furniture designers around today.
