Store Policy

Shipping Information
  • Please contact us with any shipping questions including processing days and time in transit. Call toll-free in the U.S. 1-877-706-0384 or e-mail shipping@fjorn.com. Outside the U.S. call 408-971-6700.
  • We make every effort to ship your order promptly. We stock in multiple locations so please allow up to 5-7 business days processing time for your order. All shipments are sent with e-mail notification of UPS or USPS tracking services.
  • Standard Delivery: All UPS Ground Shipping orders are charged a low-flat rate of $7.95 for the entire order when selecting UPS Ground shipping method. Including processing time, expect delivery of your order within 10-14 business days. Add one to three days additional for Alaska and Hawaii. Special rate shipping offers are via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted and do not apply to international deliveries. We will always send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped with tracking information.
  • Priority Mail Delivery: Takes between 3-5 business days for delivery. During the Christmas holidays please add one to two days. We will always send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped with tracking information. Fjorn Scandinavian is not responsible for USPS Priority Mail packages confirmed delivered but claimed not received by customer.
  • UPS 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver delivery times are in addition to our normal 5-7 business days processing time.
  • Please Note: While in stock items are processed and delivered within 10-14 business days, some items may require an additional ten days to two weeks of production time from the date of order receipt.
  • International Orders: We ship regularly throughout Europe, Asia and North and South America. Our international shipping rates include insurance coverage for any damage or breakage during transit. Please select International Shipping during the check-out process. International orders are accepted at the discretion of the store manager and exclude indoor and outdoor furniture and some glass and dinnerware items. To be sure, please call or e-mail us for product availability to international addresses. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage charges which may be imposed upon delivery. These charges may be collected when your order is delivered. Refused international orders will be considered abandoned property by the customer and per our international order policy no returns can be accepted or refunds provided.
  • International Shipping Includes: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.
Shipping Rates
  • UPS Ground Shipping rates to US addresses are charged a flat $7.95 rate regardless of the total weight, volume and destination of the order. USPS Shipping rates are calculated based on the total amount of the order.
  • United Parcel Service Next Day, Second Day or Three Day Air deliveries are available at an additional charge.
  • The exact amount of shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before you submit your order.
  • Our shipping fees calculator is set to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada and International destinations.
Pricing and Sales Agreement
  • Despite Fjorn Scandinavian's best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact the purchaser for instructions before shipping or cancel the order with notification. Likewise, when you click our "send order" button, we'll send you an e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped.
Returns and Refunds
  • We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell at FJORN Scandinavian. Fjorn.com offers a fourteen day store credit/exchange policy on all undiscounted products except special order items, Christmas items, food products, and outgoing or discontinued sale items. If you wish to return merchandise within the time-frame allowed we will exchange the product or offer a store credit promptly. Please contact us before sending any returns for a Return Authorization Number to prevent any issues. Items must be received by Fjorn Scandinavian within 7 business days of receiving the return authorization. International Orders are not returnable.   • After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a store credit or exchange your item within 10 business days.
  • We will either exchange your purchase for another item or issue you a store credit for the value of the item. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. The exchange/credit process will begin once we receive the item(s). Please include the original invoice. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable nor is Fjorn.com responsible for return shipping.
Secure Shopping
  • Fjorn.com accepts payments from all major credit cards via our secure connection or by fax and phone. The following is a description of steps we take to protect your information when ordering through Fjorn.com.
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Fjorn Scandinavian (a Yahoo! Store) uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.
