Now, Tom Nybroe supplements his excellent design with a holder developed especially for the Perfection carafe to ensure that it is always sparkling clean and ready for the next decanting. After use, simply carefully rinse the carafe with hot water and then place it upside down in the holder. This helps avoid calcium deposits and dust collecting in the bottom of the carafe, which can cause the surface of the wine to become cloudy the next time the carafe is used.
