The spice jars of the Grand Cru range let you store your spices whole. This means that the fragrance and taste are not released until the spices are ground and mixed into the food. The grinder is in two parts - a storage jar and the actual grinder. The grinder fits on all the spice jars in the range, and the mechanism is guaranteed for 25 years.
