Regitze Overgaard designed the Christmas mobile in 2005 and is being re-issued as a 20th Anniversary Limited Edition. Her inspiration comes from her childhood memories of Christmas in Denmark. "My family lived on a farm in Jutland. Every Christmas my father and I would venture out into the forest to cut down our Christmas tree. We always collected the pine cones for decorating the tree and placing in baskets around the house. I was always fascinated with the shape and attracted to the earthy aroma of the pine cone," she reminisces.
Crafted in brass and plated with 18kt gold, this ornament comes with a special edition red ribbon printed with "Georg Jensen Limited Edition." To maintain its beauty, clean with a soft brush, warm water, and mild soap, and store in a dry, warm place.
