Stelton Vacuum Jugs - Denmark
The vacuum jug with the unique rocker stopper was created by Erik Magnussen and is one of our best-selling Scandinavian Design products. It has become something of a fashion icon in recent years, showing up in movies and television and setting the trend every spring and autumn with new seasonal shades. The Vacuum Jug received the top ID prize from the Danish Society of Industrial Design in 1977 and the rest is history.
Erik Magnussen's objects are exhibited in museums throughout the world and has received many design awards and prizes. He has been chosen "designer of the year" by the Danish Design Council and his products have received the ID-prize by the Danish Society of Industrial Design.
