Designed by Maria Berntsen, the Design With Light lantern is the perfect cozy light source for warm summer evenings on the patio or as an outdoor or indoor ornament.
This model is made of olive green mouth-blown glass and black full-grain leather, so each lantern is unique The olive-green color is classic and subdued, creating an elegant and natural look inside or outside. When the light is reflected through the olive-green glass, it gets a warm and pleasant glow, and you clearly sense designer Maria Bentsen’s talent for catching and reflecting light in her designs.
It is the intuitive feeling for the nature of the material and the sensuousness of the form that is important to me. I'm always trying to work out a form that I feel speaks to your senses.
